RETURNS
We aim to ensure every purchase feels right. As a boutique collection with carefully managed inventory, we offer store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns received past 30 days cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Pre-paid Label: Offered with an $8 deduction from your total store credit.

Please note: All markdown and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, email hello@apressearanch.com with your Order # in the subject line. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags intact. Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 24 hours. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please take care when trying on garments. We cannot accept items with makeup marks or noticeable scents (including perfume, smoke, or detergent). Swimwear, intimates, hair products, and sale items remain strictly final sale.
EXCHANGES
To exchange a garment:

Contact hello@apressearanch.com to initiate a return, noting that you intend to place an exchange.

Place a new order online for your preferred item.

Upon receipt and review of your original item, store credit will be issued for the item value, excluding original shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are currently unable to accept international returns or exchanges. International customers assume responsibility for all taxes, duties, and customs fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
