SHIPPING POLICY

FULFILLMENT & DOMESTIC RATES

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Domestic orders within the United States exceeding $75 receive complimentary standard shipping. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Shipping options are provided via USPS and UPS at checkout.

Should an order need to be canceled, please contact us at hello@apressearanch.com within 30 minutes of placement. While we endeavor to accommodate adjustments, once an order has entered our fulfillment system, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Please review your shipping details carefully prior to completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, incorrect entry, or being otherwise marked undeliverable by the carrier, the customer is responsible for the postage required to reship the order.

DELIVERED PACKAGES & CARRIER CLAIMS

Carriers occasionally update tracking statuses to "Delivered" shortly prior to physical drop-off. We ask that you allow 24 to 48 hours following a delivery confirmation for the parcel to arrive.

If your package has not arrived within that timeframe, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or building management regarding misdirected deliveries.

• Contacting your local postal carrier or carrier facility directly with your tracking information.

All shipments are tracked upon leaving our care. Après Sea Ranch is not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit once transferred to the shipping carrier. In the event of a missing package, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

THOUGHTFUL PACKAGING

In an effort to minimize environmental impact, garments may ship without individual plastic poly bags or within recycled outer packaging. All items are brand new, and this intentional practice allows us to reduce unnecessary single-use plastics.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international delivery via USPS First Class International, which typically arrives within 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Complimentary shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

International orders are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. By completing an international order, the customer accepts responsibility for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
